Refunds & Returns Policy
Spillmaster Pty Ltd and do not accept change-of-mind returns. Returns will only be processed with prior written approval, and all requests must be lodged within five business days of delivery.
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, and shipped at the customer’s expense. Custom-made and special-order products are not eligible for return.
If goods arrive damaged or faulty, notify us within five business days by emailing [email protected] with a clear description and supporting photos. If the issue is deemed a manufacturing fault, we will offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

While we aim for total accuracy, Spillmaster Pty Ltd and is not responsible for typographical errors or delivery delays caused by third-party freight carriers
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirming receipt. You’ll also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied automatically to your original method of payment—typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
